The logical path around the region, following the trails once used by shepherds and smugglers, goes through the ridges from Tesserete , along the Val Colla and down to Monte Brè. Reaching the well known Monte Bar (1816 m), Gazzirola (2116 m) , San Lucio (1542 m e finish line Trail 24k), Fojorina (1810 m), Denti della Vecchia (1490 m), Monte Boglia (1515 m), Brè (800 m) and Tesserete (528 m finish line Trail 54k)

 

Basically all the trails are very comfortable, wide smooth. Around, the view goes from the Monte Rosa to the Bernina massif, from the Alps to the Po Valley. The numerous lakes of the region, especially the Lake of Lugano, are always insight.
